About the Author

Robert "robear" Isenberg

Robert, aka “robear” Isenberg, has probably spent 95% of his life daydreaming, which is where his stories come from. He also loves sales and marketing. When he was a teenager, he sold encyclopedias unsuccessfully door-to-door. A few years later, he established Robert’s Fairly Famous Roast Beef Sandwiches in singles bars in New York City. His promo: “Our sandwiches are not only illiterate, but they are thick!!” was a big hit with the ladies. Robert could cook a rare find, like his roast beef sandwiches.

Why Men are Suspicious of Yoga: Some Funny Stories & Some Not So Funny

“Jump in for a series of fine escapes from the pickles that life, at present, delivers. This is one fine attitude adjustment resource!” Grady Harp.
This book has been revised. There are seven additional essays. The author thought that all the essays in the first edition were funny. He has found out that most agreed, but certainly not everyone. Go figure. Robert believes that there is nothing more subjective than humor!

Wham Bam!: NYC in the Roaring Sixties

This book is not politically correct! Proceed with caution! It contains the language of the Sixties. It reflects sexual emancipation from the Fifties. Credit modern medicine for developing a tiny little pill that helped make the difference. In other words, it is a FUN read!
